Shipping Policy – Hollis Pet Supply

At Hollis Pet Supply, we work hard to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Depending on the item(s) purchased, your order may ship from our warehouse or directly from one of our trusted vendor partners.

Order Processing Times

Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order before it ships.

  • In-house fulfillment: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days

  • Vendor-direct fulfillment: Orders typically process within 3–5 business days

Please note that processing times do not include transit/shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Shipping estimates shown at checkout reflect the most accurate delivery windows available.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items shipping from both our warehouse and a vendor, your items may arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, high order volume, or vendor availability. We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays arise.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Hollis Pet Supply is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
